Returns


All jewellery is final sale.  However, if you are not fully satisfied with your product please get in touch via the contact form, and we can discuss the situation. An exchange may be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.  The items must be unworn and in the original packaging.   
If any jewellery items become damaged or broken due to error in manufacturing, please contact us for repair or exchange. Repair of damage due to improper wear or care will be subject to cost, to be covered by the client. To be sure you’re taking proper care of your items, please refer to our Product Care page.


ORDERS & Shipping
 

As most pieces are handmade to order, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. You will be notified once your order has been shipped. A shipping charge of $20 CAD will be added to all orders. They are mailed via Canada Post, with tracking and insurance. If you want a rush delivery or other shipping accommodations made for your order, please contact us. Be advised that additional charges may be applied for these changes. The cost of return shipping for exchange items is the sole responsibility of the client.
